WorkI Am The DJ
I Am The DJ
Team project - Software Developer at Isaac The Creator LLC.
Overview
A night-out product for guests and DJs (events, song requests, QR joining, and tipping), released as mobile 1.0.1 with Supabase auth and realtime, push notifications, and an in-app inbox.
Events are loud. The product job is to make logistics feel invisible: find what is happening, join a party with a QR code, request a song, tip the DJ, and keep account settings somewhere you can find the next day. Guests and DJs get different homes so navigation matches intent.
Version 1.0.1 is the shipping record: Supabase for authentication and realtime, push notifications, an in-app inbox, QR joining, song requests, and tipping on established payment infrastructure so a failed charge has a next step instead of silence.
What it covers
- Guest and DJ journeys: authentication, onboarding, events, requests, tipping, and profile.
- Realtime and push so the room and the app stay in the same conversation.
- Trust paths for money movement, not only UI around a tip button.
